Description
Experienced mentor facilitators will guide participants through inquiry that aligns with their practice in schools and will be responsive to the needs of these teachers. The year two programme includes a workshop with a focus on student and teacher wellbeing and specialist facilitators will run workshops to support the aspects of professional learning identified as requiring support. Participants attending these programmes will benefit from the opportunity to share experiences and collaboratively problem solve with colleagues.
Participants will be supported to create, develop and maintain personal portfolios of evidence and models of reflection will be shared to support this. Teachers will be encouraged to align this with existing appraisal processes used in their schools and will work closely with the standards for the teaching profession to ensure that they are prepared when applying for full registration.
