Description
Teacher Aides can apply for Ministry of Education funding under the ‘set category’ to access the 2024-2025 PLD funding for this course. · Practical knowledge building workshops designed for both new and experienced teacher aides · Understanding of the teacher aide role and developing a toolbox of skills and strategies to enhance effectiveness of student learning · Effective teacher aide practices, working collaboratively with classroom teachers, building positive student behaviours, use of quality talk to enhance learning while creating independent learners, toolbox of strategies to enhance learning in reading, writing and mathematics.
