Description
Kohia will again run a South Auckland based PCT programme in 2025 specifically designed to support both PCT teachers and teachers new to teaching in South Auckland.
Participants will be supported to create, develop and maintain personal portfolios of evidence and models of reflection will be shared to support this.
Teachers will be encouraged to align this with existing appraisal processes used in their schools and will work closely with the standards for the teaching profession to ensure that they are prepared when applying for full registration.
Specialist facilitators will present workshops in the aspects of professional learning identified as requiring support.
